What will you find in the Cambridge B2 exam?

Reading and Use of English

Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes. It represents 40% of the final grade. The objective is to demonstrate your level of reading comprehension by facing different types of texts such as fiction or news.

Writing

Duration: 1 hour and 20 minutes. It represents 20% of the total grade. The objective is to demonstrate that you can express yourself perfectly in English.

Listening

Duration: 40 minutes. It represents 20% of the total grade. The objective is to demonstrate your ability to listen and understand in English by listening to different types of content such as news, conversations or presentations.

Speaking

Duration: 15 minutes. It represents 20% of the total grade. The objective is to demonstrate your spoken level of English by conversing with another person and answering questions asked by the examiner.

¿Cuándo me podré presentar al B2 de Cambridge?

1. Una vez finalizado el curso escolar.
2. Cuando se acabe el curso intensivo de preparación al B2 First de Cambridge.

Formato del examen

4 partes divididas en dos días:
Día 1: speaking.
Día 2: reading, writing y listening.

Calificación

Se aprueba con una calificación de 140 sobre 170. Para ello se realiza una media entre cada una de las partes del examen.
